End of summer.

The end of the main holiday season brought a flurry of weddings guests.  Three weddings in a week, one with local people, the other two couples coming from London to marry nearby.  The last couple had a pig roast here the day after their wedding.   The weather was perfect and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

We seem to have quite a few walkers stay this year, and as we have a seven seat vehicle are going to offer a pick up and drop off service at the start or finish of walks.  As we live in such a beautiful walking area with the Worcestershire Way, Teme Valley,  Malvern Hills etc. on out doorstep, we thought this could take a lot of the stress away for our visitors,  trying to get to or from a walk, and not having to leave cars at strategic points.  Perhaps we might spend the winter months mapping a few out.

This week, we seem to be full with fishermen, but they seem to be pool fishermen rather than river.  Some nice size barbel have been caught out of the Teme recently.
