Spring at last.

The weather decided to improve for Easter week - blue sky and warm. Daffodils at their best and some plum blossom is just starting to burst. It isn`t often it all comes together for Bank Holiday. Instead of Easter chicks we hatched off 17 ducklings, should be interesting when they start running around, as they are a mixture of Indian Runners, Call Ducks and Appleyards. Possibly this week we should have two Kune Kune pigs arriving. We have had a number of walkers and cyclists staying, conditions have been perfect for them. Next weekend a local Herbalist is arranging a foraging walk, telling you what to look for and how to prepare it when you find it. Refreshments and talk in our games room afterwards. Full details can be found on our facebook page. Our visiting therapist is offering a 15% discount to our residents. Full details of treatments on offer can be found on her website www.purethyme.co.uk. Pre-booking is essential. Our one bedroom cottage, Chaff House is now back on for holidays- up and running. Lots of events are planned later in the year by Worcester Cathedral to celebrate the anniversary of the Magna Cata, as King John is buried there. History lovers should find that interesting.
