Pitlands Bungalow and the Lodges are subject to an out of season two person discount and short breaks (not high season unless late availability). Two day weekend breaks 60%, three day weekend and four day mid-week breaks 80% of weekly rate.
Bed linen is provided in all properties. Towels for overseas guests only.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
A deposit of 1/3rd is required, balance payable in full 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. In the event of cancellation, if the property can be successfully re-let, a refund, less the deposit will be made. If re-let for a proportion of the period, then the relative proportion will be refunded. If the property cannot be relet, all monies paid by the holidaymaker shall be forfeited.If the behaviour of the holidaymaker is deemed unacceptable, we are entitled to ask them to leave the property without refund.
TWO well behaved pets, at a charge of £10 per pet are permitted, but must not be left unattended inside the property, or allowed in bedrooms or on furniture.
Any damages or breakages must be reported and paid for.
On the day of departure, the premises to be vacated by 9.30 a.m. - 10 a.m. and left in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. We reserve the right to charge for any extra heavy cleaning, if the property is not left in a clean and tidy condition.
Incoming visitors are asked not to arrive before 3 p.m., unless by prior arrangement.
ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING
Guests are welcome to fish both pools - catch and release, barbless hooks, no keep nets.
A charge is made for the use of Hot Tub.
Should you wish to have any Holistic Therapy treatments during your stay, it is recommended that these are booked prior to your holiday, direct with the therapist.
